Strategic Therapeutic Solutions (STS) is a licensed adult outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder practice in Southwest Houston. We believe recovery is not accidental—it begins with structured strategy, compassionate clinical rigor, and deep human dignity.

counseling leadership to Strategic Therapeutic Solutions. She founded STS
to provide Houston adults with structured outpatient therapy that bridges
clinical rigor with practical, everyday healing.
Psychiatric Medical Staff
Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Our psychiatric medical providers conduct comprehensive psychiatric
diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medication management. They work
hand-in-glove with our counselors to ensure medication is a supportive,
coordinated element of your overall recovery.
Are you a licensed counselor in Houston? We are actively inviting licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCDC) and certified peer specialists to join our
