STEP-BY-STEP ADMISSIONS ROADMAP
Taking the first step into behavioral healthcare can feel daunting. At Strategic Therapeutic
Solutions, we make admissions straightforward, confidential, and completely transparent
from day one.
Your Journey
We are deliberate about creating a clinician-friendly practice where professionals thrive, avoid
burnout, and make measurable clinical impact.
01
Reach Out
Call (713) 485-4207, text us, or fill out our brief online inquiry. In this first 10- minute call, our intake coordinator gathers basic info and explains our program schedules.
02
Insurance Check
We verify your benefits directly with
your health plan. Before you step into our clinic, you will know your exact copays, deductible status, and out- of-pocket costs with zero surprise bills.
03
Clinical Assessment
Complete a thorough 60 to 90-minute clinical evaluation with a licensed therapist to map your goals, medical history, and determine whether outpatient therapy or evening IOP is best.
04
Plan & Start Date
Receive your customized schedule and attend your first orientation session. You are assigned your primary therapist and welcomed into your supportive outpatient circle.

Week One Experience
During week one, our focus is establishing comfort, psychological safety, and building realistic routines. You will attend your scheduled sessions (individual therapy or evening IOP from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM), meet your fellow group peers in a warm, welcoming setting, and establish baseline coping tools. You will never be forced to speak publicly or share traumatic memories before you feel ready.
Your Protection
Your participation in outpatient treatment is protected under strict federal HIPAA regulations and Texas state medical privacy laws. We do not inform employers, family members, or third parties of your attendance without your explicit, signed consent.
