Getting Started
We make admissions simple, respectful and clear from the very first call.
01
Call (713) 485 4207 or request an appointment online. Our intake coordinator answers your questions and takes a few contact details.
02
We check your insurance benefits and explain any costs before your first visit, so there are no surprises.
03
Meet with a licensed clinician for a full assessment, about 60 to 90 minutes, then agree your plan and start date.
Common Questions
How long does Mental Health IOP last?
Most adults take part for several weeks, often 6 to 10, depending on their progress and goals. Your clinician reviews your plan with you along the way.
Can I keep working full time while attending?
Yes. Sessions run in the evening, so most people keep working throughout the program.
Is IOP covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover intensive outpatient care. We work with a growing number of plans, offer self pay options, and check your coverage before you start.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can contact us directly. If your doctor or therapist would like to refer you, we welcome that too.
What if I am also dealing with alcohol or drug use?
Many people are. We treat both together, with one team and one plan, and can include our Substance Use IOP where it helps.
What happens when I finish the program?
You move to outpatient therapy at a pace that suits you, with an aftercare plan you build with your clinician, so the support does not stop suddenly.
