We check your insurance benefits and explain any costs before your first visit, so there are no surprises.
03
Meet with a licensed clinician for a full assessment, about 60 to 90 minutes, then agree your plan and start date.
Common Questions
Is this a detox program?
No. IOP is outpatient treatment. If you need medical detox, we help you find a safe option and welcome you into IOP afterwards.
Will my employer find out?
Your treatment is confidential and protected by federal law. We do not share information without your written permission, except where the law requires it.
Can I attend if I take medication for substance use?
Yes. Medication can be an important part of recovery, and our team coordinates your care with you and your prescriber.
What if I have a setback?
A return to use is not a failure. We look at what happened, adjust your plan, and keep supporting you.
Is Substance Use IOP covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover intensive outpatient treatment. We work with a growing number of plans, offer self pay options, and check your coverage before you start.
Can my family be involved?
Yes. With your permission, adult family members and partners are welcome in family education sessions.
