Conditions We Treat
Confidential outpatient care for adults affected by opioids, stimulants, cannabis or prescription medication misuse.
Understanding the Condition
A substance use disorder develops when drug use becomes hard to control and starts to harm your health, relationships, work or safety. It can involve opioids, stimulants such as cocaine or methamphetamine, cannabis, or prescription medications used in ways other than prescribed. It is a treatable health condition, not a character flaw.
Recognizing the Signs
These are common signs, not a diagnosis. If several sound familiar, a confidential assessment is a good first step.
If someone has taken too much and is hard to wake or breathing slowly, call 911 immediately. Naloxone (Narcan) can reverse an opioid overdose and is sold over the counter at many pharmacies.

Trying to cut back or stop without success
Strong cravings, or spending a lot of time getting or recovering from use
Use affecting work, family, money or the law
Continuing to use despite health or relationship problems
Feeling unwell, anxious or low when you stop

Your Care Journey
Your first visit is a confidential assessment with a licensed clinician, about 60 to 90 minutes, covering your substance use, health and goals. If you need medical detox first, we help you arrange it. We then agree the right level of care, usually evening IOP or outpatient counseling, with peer recovery support, relapse prevention and case management where they help.
Common Questions
Is treatment different for different drugs?
Yes. Your plan is shaped around the substances involved, your health and your goals.
Can I come if I take medication for opioid use?
Yes. Medication can be an important part of recovery, and we coordinate your care with you and your prescriber.
Do you drug test?
Testing may be part of some treatment plans. If it is, your clinician explains why and how it supports your recovery.
Is drug use treatment covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment. We work with a growing number of plans, offer self pay options, and check your coverage before you start.
