We check your insurance benefits and explain any costs before your first visit, so there are no surprises.
03
Meet with a licensed clinician for a full assessment, about 60 to 90 minutes, then agree your plan and start date.
Common Questions
How often will I come?
Most people attend weekly. As you progress, sessions can move to every other week.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals. Some people come for a few months, others longer. We review your progress together regularly.
Is group therapy required?
No. Groups are optional, though many people find them helpful. Your clinician will talk it through with you.
Can I move to IOP if I need more support?
Yes. If things get harder, we can move you into IOP without starting over.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, for many sessions. Your clinician will let you know which appointments can take place by secure video.
Is outpatient therapy covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover outpatient therapy. We work with a growing number of plans, offer self pay options, and check your coverage before you start.
